The Lymphatic Drainage

Le soin

A purifying treatment designed to strengthen the immune system. Long, light movements on key parts of the body help the circulation of the lymph system while cleansing the body system.

This treatment can also reduce swelling, improve natural detoxification and promote a feeling of lightness and general well-being.

There are two main techniques taught in Quebec.

The Vodder technique, created by Emil Vodder in the 1930s, according to which circular pressure variations allow lymph to be evacuated.

The Leduc technique stems from this first. Albert Leduc adds drainage and resorption maneuvers or the use of pressotherapy devices.
